It is Good to be a Vegetarian, kind to Animals!

However, one must be very Deligent and have a lot to Learn as how to keep oneself
to Stay Healthy and Fit as a Vegetarain.

If one had been brought up in a Traditional Vegan Family, it is easier as Healthy Recipes have been
Cooked right and Passed down the Generation!

For a new-comer, it is not just a good start by just eating Vegetables Only!
There is much to it in a Vegetarian Meal!

There is much to Learn and much to Xxperiment, and much to Cook and much to Eat!
